QCan I have free samples?
Yes, we can supply the free 10-20g sample except high value products, but the shipping cost will be paid by you. Generally USD45 for the sample fee.
QHow do you treat quality complaints?
If a quality problem is caused by us after Third Party Testing, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your payment.
QWhat's your MOQ and lead time?
Generally MOQ is 1kg. For some low value products, the MOQ is 25kg and the lead time is within 4-5 workdays upon your payment.
QWhich products can you export?
We are mainly exporting herbal extracts, amino acids, vitamins, cosmetics and APIs.
QWhich documents can you provide?
Usually, we provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA, Health certificate and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, please let us know.
