Working Principle

The multifunctional extractor machine operates through a simple decocting process and includes an extraction tank, condenser, sub-cooler, oil/water separator, filter, transfer pump, and pipeline system. These devices are fully constructed of stainless steel, conforming to FDA and GMP standards.

Raw herbal or natural materials are soaked in a solvent solution (e.g. water) and heated via steam or electricity. Effective ingredients are extracted over a designated period based on the material's properties. It is recommended that the feeding volume does not exceed two-thirds of the equipment's capacity.

For aromatic oil extraction, the vapor (steam mixed with oil) condenses, and the mixture flows to the oil-water separator. Light oil discharges at the top, heavy oil at the bottom, and water overflows or backs up to improve processing efficiency and avoid residue waste. If slag bridging occurs during discharge, an integrated lifting cylinder moves the lifting rod vertically to assist slag evacuation.
